The breakfast was excellent! It had many different choices and the eggs were excellent. The staff was super friendly and the room was very luxe, modern, spacious, & clean! There is a bus that will take you to this hotel directly from the airport, and they were also very helpful in getting me a taxi and answering all my questions. I would happily stay there again.

The hotel was very clean, modern and affordable. It is very hard to have all three of these in one hotel things especially in Europe. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed for a layover night only and it’s a great option for that. Everyone was very nice and friendly, I had to check out before the breakfast, and they arranged a plate for me for a quick bite. The plates they were preparing for the buffet in the meantime looked appetizing too. The room was clean and comfortable. The walls are moderately thin, you can also hear the planes, since the airport is nearby, but I didn’t even notice it at first - I doubt you can avoid it if you want to stay close to the airport. If you are a light sleeper, be aware. The transfer is very convenient, I am pretty sure it’s more expensive than taking a taxi, but as a solo female traveler in the middle of the night I didn’t mind overpaying for the safety feeling.

Everything about this hotel was top notch. The service, the friendly staff, the way they interacted with guest. The fact that they cared about your experience. I travel A LOT and its good to see good service still exist. They helped with bags, they offered Tea for free, they allowed me to stay a little longer past check out when my flight was delayed. While these things seem basic its not so much what was done (that was good also) but its more about the *Way* it was done. Good service is noticeable and its effortless. This hotel had that.

The hotel is new and nice. the staff is very friendly. There is a bus to the airport(bus no. H6) and the bus station is near the hotel, it is convenient.

The building and the facilities are brand new; very comfy bed, 100% blackout curtains, good noise isolation. The staff is super friendly and helpful and are trying their best. I spent half a day working in the restaurant and they kept pouring tea without any charge. Good location 10 min from the airport.

Close to the airport, good for layovers. The hotel is basically brand new, everything is functioning great. The room was big and clean as well. Staffs are nice, too. Would stay again if I need to transfer in IST in the future.

We selected this hotel mainly because the checkin time was 7:00 a.m., which is very rare, but because our flight arrives at 5:30, this was a really good condition. Unfortunately, the rooms were not available when we checked in. I think the hotel did their best to find an alternative solution. We, a family of five people. booked two triple rooms, each of which has two beds. But, these rooms were not available at 7 a.m. They gave us two double rooms, each of which has one double bed until the triple rooms were available. In the end, we stayed in these small rooms until noon. It's not ideal, but I understand the situation that the hotel faces, and I appreciate how they tried to find an alternative solution.
